ompanied the Uzbekistan Ambassador to Malaysia, His Excellency Mr. Ravshan Usmanov, for a visit to the Management and Science University (MSU) at its Shah Alam Campus.
The visit was for the ambassador to meet the president and founder of MSU, Professor Tan Sri Dato’ Wira Dr. Mohd Shukri Ab Yajid personally, and follow-up on the agreements reached during the recent trip of the president to Uzbekistan. It was also to highlight the myriad of opportunities within the university ecosystem itself and to leverage international collaborations, mobility and linkages as well as businesses and investment.
AJIV is honoured to be invited by MSU as their partner in its Uzbekistan project and is poised to contribute to the success of their venture in the near future. AJIV is a joint venture of
Malaysia and Uzbekistan incorporated in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The objective of which is the formation of a platform to assist businesses towards entering the Uzbekistan market. AJIV is of the view that it is ripe for companies to enter the market as both nations undergo reforms on all fronts. That said, we invite companies from all ASEAN nations to consider investing in Uzbekistan.
MSU, (formerly known as University College of Technology & Management Malaysia, is a private university founded in 2001. It received full university status in October 2007 and at that point, it is known by its current name, ‘Management Science University’.
MSU has been accorded ‘Excellent Status University’ twice on the national university-rating system and named the ‘Best Entrepreneurial Private University’ by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. As an applied and enterprise university, MSU offers programmes of study at postgraduate, undergraduate, and foundation levels, through connected pathways that admit students from all walks of life and personal backgrounds.
